Authorization is a lock setting that allows you to manage user permissions. It is represented by a Lock icon in the Studio of an Inistate workspace.

Usage

Use the authorization lock to:

• Grant or restrict access to specified Modules or functions.

• Set custom permissions for specific users or groups.

You can set permissions for the following categories:

Use the Search Bar	Select specific users or profiles from the list using the integrated search functionality.
Users	Registered users can be identified by their email or name for personalized permission assignments.
Profiles	Assign permissions to groups or roles (e.g., "Staff - Admin" or "Sales Director").
Guest	Grant temporary access to guest users for limited or specific functions.
Everyone	Allow universal access to all users in the workspace for broad permissions.
Tick Checkboxes	Enable accessibility for the selected users or profiles by marking the checkboxes.
Untick Checkboxes	Restrict or remove accessibility for specific users or profiles by unmarking the checkboxes.
