Workspace

Workspace is essentially a collection of modules that are shared among a group of collaborators.

A workspace allows users to collaborate effectively on projects, streamline workflows, and manage tasks efficiently. It is particularly beneficial for small businesses or teams that require a cohesive environment to work together on shared objectives.

Create A New Workspace

Clicking Create A New Workspace takes you to the setup page, allowing you to initiate the creation of a new workspace. On this page, you will setup your personal workspace.

Manage Workspace

Clicking Manage workspace will show you four different tabs.

Workspace

Workspace Name

  • A title that describes and classifies a workspace. It assists users in differentiating various workspaces, especially when handling numerous projects or teams, and enables them to organize their tasks efficiently without limitations.

Workspace Description

  • Provides an area to add detailed insights or additional information about the workspace, its purpose, or any relevant notes about the workspace.

Danger Zone

  • Delete Workspace: Deleting a workspace will permanently remove all information, data, and any modules or tasks within that workspace.

Make sure you are certain about this action before proceeding as this action is unrecoverable.

Company

Company Name

  • The official name of the business or organization.

Address Line

  • The physical location or address where the company is situated.

Postcode

  • A series of letters and/or numbers that defines a specific area for mail delivery.

State

  • The region or territory within a country where the company is located.

Country

  • The nation where the company operates.

Business/Company Registration Number

  • A unique identifier issued to a company upon registration.

Email

  • The electronic mail address for communication with the company.

Telephone Number

  • The phone number to contact the company directly.

App

Direct link for users to go to either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to search for Inistate app, install it, and then log in with an account.
